This July at DAVANTIS, we’re not just celebrating the arrival of summer—we’re also marking a major milestone: our 20th anniversary. And, true to our spirit, we did it in the best way we know how: by coming together, sharing good times, and strengthening the team that has brought us this far.
A Morning to Reflect and Align
On July 3rd, we kicked off the day with a bus ride to Vilafranca del Penedès, where we began with presentations at the headquarters of the Castellers de Vilafranca. These corporate and commercial sessions gave us a chance to reflect on our achievements in the first half of the year and focus on the goals ahead.
Beyond numbers and strategy, it was an opportunity to reconnect in person and reinforce the shared purpose that drives us forward.
Team Building—Tower Style
Next came an unforgettable team building experience. Guided by real castellers, we quite literally built human towers. It was a symbolic and fun way to test our coordination, trust, and balance. There were laughs, a few wobbles, and some memorable moments—but above all, we were reminded that every person matters, and together, we can reach greater heights.
Welcome to El Turboxai: DAVANTIS’ Very Own Local Festival
After the morning’s efforts, we headed to Can Virgili, a beautiful country house nestled in the heart of Penedès. There, we experienced something truly unique: El Turboxai, a festive food and wine celebration.
We started with a traditional aperitif featuring local cured meats and wine served the Catalan way—with porró! Then came the feast: slow-roasted lamb, sausages, grilled chicken, and desserts with a splash of ratafia. All paired with wine, cava, and non-stop celebration.
The afternoon was filled with music, grallers (traditional musicians), fireworks, games, a swimming pool, and unforgettable moments. It felt just like a traditional local festival—and couldn’t have been a better setting to celebrate two decades of shared success.
20 Years of Innovation, Growth, and Celebration
This anniversary marks a very special milestone that invites us to look back and reflect on everything we’ve accomplished together over the past 20 years: constant innovation, steady growth, continuous learning, and above all, a strong spirit of teamwork that has driven our journey.
In recent years, our team has continued to grow, bringing fresh ideas, talent, and energy. Today, we are proud to say that we are now 50 people strong—part of one big family united by our passion for what we do and a shared vision for the future.
