The DAVANTIS team keeps growing: three new additions in sales, technical support and R&D

We are delighted to welcome three new professionals who bring valuable expertise and experience to the DAVANTIS team. New talent to take on fresh challenges and continue developing leading-edge video analytics technology.

Simone Pavan, new Regional Sales Manager for Italy

Simone joins DAVANTIS as the new Regional Sales Manager for Italy, based at our Milan offices. He has a strong background in the security sector, having built his career at companies such as Visiotech and S&A. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in business development, client management and market expansion.

In this new role, Simone will be responsible for driving DAVANTIS’ growth in the Italian market, strengthening our partner network and bringing our video analytics solutions closer to new customers.

Gerard Miguel strengthens the technical support team

Gerard joins the DAVANTIS technical support team, where his role will focus on assisting customers with the configuration and smooth operation of our systems. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Systems Administration and with previous experience at Aina Group — where he also worked in IT support — Gerard brings solid technical expertise together with a strong customer-focused approach.

His day-to-day responsibilities will include resolving queries, guiding customers through system commissioning and ensuring every user gets the most out of DAVANTIS solutions. A highly technical profile that will undoubtedly play a key role in continuing to deliver a close and high-quality service.

Dani Azemar joins the R&D department as Vision Engineer

Dani joins the R&D department as a Vision Engineer, strengthening the team working at the technological core of DAVANTIS. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Computer Vision, bringing highly specialised training together with valuable experience in the technology sector gained during his time at Win Systems.

His arrival will help further enhance our AI-based video analytics solutions, contributing to the development of increasingly accurate, robust and security-focused algorithms and systems tailored to the real challenges of modern security.
