With over 8 years of experience as a psychologist specializing in recruitment and professional profiles selection, Karen brings an impressive track record from companies like Toyota Argentina and renowned international consultancies. At Toyota, she participated in major production expansion projects, managing the recruitment of operators, technicians, professionals, and managerial roles. Her analytical skills are crucial for identifying the talent we seek at DAVANTIS.
Karen not only has the knowledge and experience to identify and attract talent, but also the sensitivity and empathy to build a team where people feel valued. Her mission will be to find the ideal profiles so the DAVANTIS team remains diverse, dynamic, and eager to learn, innovate, and – of course – have fun. 😊
